Made to order, shipped with care. Every UBF piece is printed and produced the moment you order it — no warehouse, no overproduction, less waste. Here's what to expect.

Processing & delivery time

Because your order is made just for you, please allow 5–10 business days from order to delivery. This covers both production and shipping. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Orders are produced on demand, so this timeframe may extend slightly during high-volume periods or holidays. If there's ever an unexpected delay, we'll keep you posted.

Shipping rates & free shipping

  • Free shipping on all orders over $85.
  • Orders under $85 are charged a flat shipping rate, calculated at checkout.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door. If you haven't received tracking within 10 business days, reach out at info@ultrabeastfitness.com and we'll check on it.

International orders

We proudly ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require a re-shipping fee to resend. If your package is returned for this reason, we'll email you at the address on your order.

Lost or undelivered packages

If your tracking shows the package wasn't delivered, email us at info@ultrabeastfitness.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll open a claim and make it right.
