Return & Refund Policy

Every UBF piece is made to order β€” printed and produced the moment you order it. There's no warehouse and no restocking, which keeps our quality high and our waste low, and it shapes how returns work. Please read below before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items β€” we'll make it right

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@ultrabeastfitness.com β€” within 30 days of delivery β€” with your order number and a clear photo of the issue (the whole item, plus a close-up of the problem).

We'll evaluate it and make it right with a free replacement or refund. In most cases you won't need to ship anything back β€” a photo is enough.

Sizing & change of mind

Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or change of mind. A new size or item means producing a brand-new piece from scratch.

To help you get it right the first time, every product page includes a detailed size guide with exact measurements β€” please check it before ordering. If you're unsure or between sizes, email info@ultrabeastfitness.com before you buy and we'll gladly help you choose.

How to start a return

Do not send any item back before contacting us at info@ultrabeastfitness.com. Most issues are resolved without a return β€” often a photo is all we need.

If a return is approved, US and Mexico returns should be sent to:

We'll confirm this address and provide full instructions when your return is approved. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

The following can't be returned or refunded:

  • Made-to-order and personalized items (this includes most of our catalog, as all items are produced on demand)
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

The exception is always defective, damaged, or incorrect items, which we'll replace or refund regardless.

European Union β€” 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it β€” unworn, unused, and with any tags β€” and you'll need your proof of purchase. Contact info@ultrabeastfitness.com to start an EU cancellation.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected an eligible return (or approved a defect claim), we'll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method withinΒ 5-7 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
